I mowed the lawn today — something that is about my only exercise these days — and came upon this amazing spider. Looked it up, and it’s a black and yellow argiope spider, which is sometimes called a black and yellow garden spider. But, as a journalist, I like its other name — the writing spider, apparently called that because of the distinctive thick zigzag bands its weaves. Seems this spider came to the right house. Maybe, if I’m listing things I should do now that I am turning 50, one should be stop and really look at the world around me. (Another would be buying a riding lawn mower!)
Where else would this spider show up?

I have a Spider of my own! She and her husband happen to be millionaires. I started a partnership in 2006 one of the first jobs was related to my partner. Problems occurred and offered to address them. A member of BBB but she never called them. Offered to fix problem or have manufacture come out to look and she said no! So I go to Attorney he says since she and Husband are millionaires it is better for me or us to file Bankruptcy to avoid the high cost of fighting what is right. She hired a so called expert to to back up her claim. who lifted shingles and measured distance between nailing. My insurance company whom also wants to limit their exposier has also hired a so called expert whom claims that they
will not cover any workmanship issues. At no time did any of the the so called experts ever use Thermal Imaging Equipment. In my opinion this is an agresis attempt to paint a claim by a Millionaire is for 100,000.00 Dollars. Her roof cost 43,000 Dollars. I have photos of so called damage. But yet am still being advised that to fight it I would go bankrupt anyway I feel that there is more of an bonuses to being an dependent of the government than to try to be an asset. I am now advising any ambitious person this is no longer the land of the free but the land of the Freeloader.
Kind regards,
