My Decade of Turning 50

Went to the movies today, not to see Wild Hogs, which was a good thing since it was sold out — for the third time today at our local theater. Just saw on CNN.com that the movie is No. 1, with an estimated $38-million at the box office. Not bad for a movie that stars four baby boomers — three in their 50s. As the article says:

It was Walt Disney Co.’s biggest March opening ever. It was also the largest-ever debut for the 53-year-old Travolta as well as the best non-animated movie debut for Allen, who is also 53. Macy turns 57 next week and Lawrence turns 42 next month.
